Shipping & Returns

Some products may have a title transfer associated with it. Please contact us right away if you have questions upon receiving your order. Typically, returns are not accepted as there is no Cooling-Off Period, unless there are extraordinary circumstances, or an error by Wota. We will work with you in these unique situations to make sure you are happy.

If the return is due to our error (incorrect model or color), we'll pay the return shipping costs, and ship the correct item to you right away. In the case of refund, you should expect a refund update within a week of sending the item back, in many cases quicker. This estimated time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-to-10 business days), time to process your return once received (3-to-5 business days), and time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-to-10 business days).

We regularly ship anywhere in the contiguous US, but can ship to any address in the world. Some products have restrictions, and some products cannot be shipped internationally. Contact us for these unique destinations. Please contact us for the best delivery method for larger Yamaha Outboards and ePropulsion e-Series Batteries due to LTL circumstances and/or hazmat classifications.
